Demolition creates waste, but at Assertive Demolition, we take pride in our environmentally friendly recycling processes that allow us to keep tires, concrete, and building materials out of Vancouver area landfills as well as those across the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.
Through our conscious efforts and stringent practices, we recycle up to 90% of the waste we encounter.
We are experienced with LEED rating systems for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green buildings and neighbourhoods. We have extensive experience with Vancouver permitting processes. We practice salvaging and recycling. Some of the products we keep out of the landfill are repurposed and become flooring, furniture, and other things.
